Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Image Agent rules for AI content, likeness authorization, moderation, reporting, and enforcement.

Last updated: 2026-09-05

1. Scope

This policy applies to prompts, images, and other input submitted to Image Agent and to images or related content generated, edited, published, distributed, or stored through the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Six Prohibited Content Categories

You may not use the Service to generate, edit, or distribute any of the following:

  1. Pornography / NSFW: pornographic nudity, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual solicitation.
  2. Violence / gore: extreme violence, dismemberment, torture, graphic wounds presented to showcase harm, or content encouraging real-world violence.
  3. Hate speech: content promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
  4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, exploitation, or other content endangering children. We apply zero tolerance to this category.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: fabricating, altering, or synthesizing the likeness of a real person without explicit consent, impersonating another person, or misleadingly misrepresenting a real person's conduct or identity.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized copying, imitation, or exploitation of works, characters, logos, brands, or material protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Other Prohibited Conduct

We also prohibit terrorism or extremist promotion, mass-harm or weapon instructions, encouragement of self-harm, fraud and disinformation, harassment, privacy violations, malware, phishing, spam, evasion of law, and jailbreak prompts or other attempts to bypass platform or model safety controls.

4. Real-Person Material, Likeness, and Consent

You may upload a photograph depicting a real person only when it depicts you or when you have explicit permission from every depicted person and relevant rights holder. You may not upload another person's photograph without consent or use real-person material for pornography, defamation, fraud, harassment, a deepfake, or misleading impersonation.

Each upload is your continuing representation and warranty that you own the material or have permission; you may authorize the platform to store, process, edit, and generate from it; and the use does not violate likeness, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

5. Content Moderation

The platform uses multiple safety measures:

  • User prompts are automatically reviewed through the Waffo Prompt Screening API before generation; only allowed requests enter the generation flow.
  • Requests and output remain subject to safety controls supplied by the underlying AI model providers.
  • System-flagged, user-reported, and rights-holder-reported content may receive human review, and safety rules are periodically evaluated.

Automated moderation may make mistakes, and content not automatically blocked is not endorsed by the platform. Users remain responsible for the legality of their input and output.

6. Reporting

Report policy violations, child-safety risks, non-consensual impersonation, or intellectual property concerns to [email protected]. Include, when available, a content URL or screenshot, relevant account, explanation, and proof of rights. We keep reporter information confidential except where disclosure is legally required. Malicious or knowingly false reports may be recorded and addressed.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity, impact, repetition, and intent, we may take one or more actions:

  • Refuse generation and issue a warning.
  • Remove or restrict access to violating content.
  • Restrict model, upload, sharing, or other features.
  • Clear credits, including credits associated with abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
  • Suspend an account pending further review.
  • Permanently ban an account for severe or repeated violations.
  • Preserve necessary evidence and report suspected child-safety, terrorism, severe violence, or other unlawful conduct to relevant authorities as permitted by law.

Fees and credits affected by enforcement are handled under the refund rules in the Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision within 14 days after notice by emailing [email protected] with your account email, relevant request or content information, and reasons. We aim to complete review within 10 business days using a reviewer who did not make the original decision and will notify you of the result.

9. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy as laws, model capabilities, and safety risks change. Material changes will be announced through the page or Service. For content safety, reports, or appeals, contact [email protected].
